This directory should stay small and hard to earn. A project belongs here only when custody, proof, fees, drawdown, and ownership are all clear enough to survive public scrutiny.

That is intentional. It is better to have an empty verified directory than a dishonest one. Until listings earn that status, known trading platforms can still live on the public review track.
